These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ROROS Mobile Auto Detailing services and the appointment-related messaging program used to support customer communication.
ROROS Mobile Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing and vehicle care services. Our messaging program is used for appointment confirmations, reminders, customer support, review requests, and rebooking follow-up.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By submitting your information and booking with ROROS, you consent to receive appointment-related calls as needed to complete your service request. SMS consent is separate and optional. You opt in to SMS by selecting the unchecked SMS consent box in the booking form, replying START, or giving direct consent when scheduling by phone or in person. Consent to receive texts is not required to buy services, and you may opt out at any time.
Quotes shown online are estimates based on the information you provide about your vehicle, service choice, condition, size, location, and add-ons. Final pricing may be confirmed on arrival if the actual vehicle condition or requested scope differs from the online estimate.
Appointment availability is subject to route, timing, service duration, weather, staffing, and travel constraints. ROROS may reschedule or decline a booking if the requested job, service area, or timing is not operationally workable.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due when services are completed. Cancellation, deposit, late-arrival, or no-show policies may be communicated separately for specific service types or premium jobs.
