  • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, service follow-ups, and customer support responses.
  • Maintain customer history, vehicle records, and internal service notes.
  • Improve service quality, operations, and customer communication.
  • Comply with legal, carrier, and messaging-platform requirements.

SMS and Call Consent

If you provide your phone number, you may receive calls or text messages related to your appointment, service updates, reminders, review requests, and rebooking follow-up based on the consent you give us.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can get help by replying HELP or by contacting us directly.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or exchanged with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Share Information

We do not sell customer data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate the business, such as booking infrastructure, payment tools, review platforms, hosting providers, analytics, or messaging providers.

Those providers may only use the information needed to perform their service for us.
